The WMC-24 pulse bag filter is developed by our company (Tianjin Fulaier Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd.) based on years of practical experience in the dust collector industry and drawing on the strengths of bag filters at home and abroad. Through continuous improvement and research, it has the advantages of high dust removal and purification efficiency, moderate resistance, low energy consumption, simple maintenance, and reliable operation. It is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, wood, light industry, and building materials. Based on the specific situation of the user, different filter materials (bags) and accessories can be selected to recycle and purify dust that is prone to high temperature, light corrosion, and dust explosion.
3、 Structure and Purification Principle
ThisPulse bag filterThe main use is circular cloth bags, which are divided into two types according to the direction of dust containing exhaust gas: side inlet and bottom inlet. Generally, it consists of an upper box (clean exhaust room), a middle box, an ash hopper (lower box), an equipment bracket, a pulse blowback control device, a pulse spray valve, etc.
Purification principle: During the operation of the dust collector, the dusty exhaust gas enters the interior of the dust collector hopper from the lower box body. Due to the sudden increase in the cross-sectional area through which the exhaust gas passes, the exhaust gas wind speed suddenly decreases. Some large particles, high-density dust, and condensed dust particles in the exhaust gas fall into the ash hopper along the inner wall of the equipment under the action of centrifugal force and gravity; Tiny dust particles with fine particle size and low density are suspended in the gas and evenly enter the box of the equipment through the airflow distribution plate. They deposit on the surface of the filter bag through inertial collision, filtration and other effects, and the purified gas is discharged by the main fan.
Regarding dust cleaning: As dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and the dust layer thickens, the resistance value of the dust collector also increases; When the resistance value reaches a certain value (generally not exceeding 1500pa), the pulse dust removal control device sends a command to control the opening of the spray valve. The compressed air in the high-pressure air bag flows through the pulse valve to the small hole on the spray pipe and sprays a high-speed and high-pressure jet airflow into the Venturi tube, forming an induced airflow equivalent to several times the volume of the jet airflow. The dust outside the bag falls off from the outside of the bag under the action of mechanical force and falls into the ash hopper, achieving the purpose of cleaning; When the resistance of the filter bag drops to the lower limit, the cleaning mechanism stops working to maintain the continuous operation of the dust collector. The key to being able to handle high concentration dust is that the cleaning time required for this strong cleaning is extremely short (only 0.1-0.2 seconds for one spray).
